Overall the service experience was excellent. Inspection seemed to be very thorough. The one thing that may be improved on was a more thorough explanation of the recommended service items, of which there wa seemed to be very thorough. fuccillo. Of Latham have outstanding to deal with. We purchased a 2013 Nissan ultima brand new. We did do routine maintenance. A couple weeks ago it wasn’t running normal. I brought it to my mechanic who purchased a 2013 Nissan ultima brand new. We did do routine maintenance. A couple weeks ago it wasn’t running normal. I brought it to my mechanic who had a transmission mechanic check it out. He told me that the transmission was not working. He suggested I bring it back. I spoke with the manager at the service desk and she told me to call Nissan directly. I received a case number and brought the car in to have it checked at the dealership. Fran called me and said Nissan would meet me half way. I was pleased with her experience and guidance. I did have it replaced. Fuccillo Nissan did a great job. I will say that I know that thinks break and looking up the 2013 on google showed that the transmissions were not good. I never had a transmission problem in any automobile that we have owned. I was disappointed that Nissan didn’t cover the entire cost. We would be hesitant on purchasing another one. I will definitely recommend Fuccillo of Latham and Fran and her team to my family and friends. More
