I had Fuccillo rotate my tires on my lease and after that the front of the car started shaking once it got above 60 mph. I returned the car and I was given 2 options 1. I pay for balance of the tires. I chose #1 , which they should of done the balance for free. Then when the car was done , I had to wait 25 minutes for Eric he customer service guy to come in and tell me I could leave. More

He showed me what I would need to get done but did not argue when I told him I didn’t want to get it done that day like I have had extremely helpful.
