Tire blow out couldn’t change the tire due to me not having the lug nut key. Got the run around with Fran and Samantha. Transferred to sales twice and Fran said repeatedly that she couldn’t help me. She then says that she can get someone from the service team to pickup my car, place the spare on and return to my home. No one showed up to my home as promised. I call again to speak with Fran call gets transferred to Tate and he resolved the issue in a timely manner. No loaner car, no apologies not even from management. This experience was brutal. More
