Friendly, Fast and Effient On a tight schedule and wanted to have the oil changed on my daughters Focus before she went back to school, Went to local Ford dealer first but they On a tight schedule and wanted to have the oil changed on my daughters Focus before she went back to school, Went to local Ford dealer first but they did not take walk in oil change appointments so went to Fuccillo Nissan of Latham. Greeted by Solomon service center manager who listened to my request that I only had one hour for the oil change. He checked his schedule and informed me they could do it within my timeframe. They changed the oil/ rotated the tires and had time to spare before my next appointment. Also received a free car wash with the oil change which my daughter thanked me for taking extra time to take her car.to local car wash for cleaning! Solomon was friendly and a man of his word. Keep up the great work! More

Versa Recall Appointment I called the day before to schedule recall work and they gave me a time to bring it in. I did, took the shuttle back to my job and then I get a call t I called the day before to schedule recall work and they gave me a time to bring it in. I did, took the shuttle back to my job and then I get a call that the parts aren’t in for the recall service. I have no idea why this wasn’t confirmed when I originally called and scheduled the work. This would have saved everyone involved a lot of time. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. More
