Why have appointments I made an appointment for my 5,000 mile oil change for 9:30 am. I have a 3 year maintenance package. I had to tell them I had the maintenance package, I made an appointment for my 5,000 mile oil change for 9:30 am. I have a 3 year maintenance package. I had to tell them I had the maintenance package, as the gentleman taking care of me was telling me cost of tire rotations. I’m thinking they should know this via your vehicle and name? With that said, he then tells me it might be a while being they have a lot of cars ahead of me? Really? How many appointments do you have already it’s only 9:30? I only have an oil change? With that said a half hour later she comes out with my paper work and says it’s done. Surprised as he told me it would be a while. I walk out with the woman and she wants to put me in the wrong car. I can see my car, so I tell her, mine is that blue Rogue. She then sends me back in the waiting room for about another half hour until MY car gets in the line up. In my experience, if you have an appointment YOU are honored first. And, the lineup should be better planned.. overall it was a good experience. When I bought this car I worked with Nick Dufek and he was wonderful! He also sold me my last Nissan! I will go to him agai! I saw him Saturday and he was so personable and just a real nice guy! More
Slowest oil change ever I’ve never waited so long for a simple oil change and tire rotation before in my life. We had an appointment for 8am and ended up having to wait behin I’ve never waited so long for a simple oil change and tire rotation before in my life. We had an appointment for 8am and ended up having to wait behind people who didn’t have an appointment for intake, and then had to wait 2.5 hours for the service to be completed. If it wasn’t required of me to have my service performed at the Nissan dealership as part of my lease agreement, I would not come back here for service again. More

I do know your oil change prices are higher than other Nissan area dealers. More
