Great Customer Service Nick and Jon were great to deal with. We’ve had our 2005 Altima for about 13 years now. Over that time we’ve had terrible experiences with just about Nick and Jon were great to deal with. We’ve had our 2005 Altima for about 13 years now. The ONLY decent employee is Jonathan in Service - he's gone above and beyond in so many ways. Everyone else pretty much blew me off the second the ink on my loan dried and my downpayment cleared.
