Service for Electric Leaf Friendly professional staff. Justin directed another employee to handle transaction and picking up car. Invoice was incorrect for reinsoection even though Steve informed them by phone. Invoice adjusted. We have a Nissan Leaf and when I picked up the car it was not fully charged. We would appreciate and expect the electric car would be charged utilizing the on-site indoor charging stations on future appointments. Picking up a fully charged electric car is important after 2 days at the service center. More

Terrible worst experience in any consumer experience. EVER The service department was very friendly. The sales was a different experience. I was belittled and treated very poorly. I followed the directions provided by the tow truck company as my car was unloaded and not driveable. A salesman yelled at me that I blocked a truck. He then proceeded to maneuver that truck out & deliberty spun the tires driving by me & staring me down. Another salesman pulled in,blew the car horn, jumped out of the car he was driving. He began to yell at me that his xxxxin dinner was getting cold. I said excuse me? Again he stated his xxxxin dinner was getting cold and shuck his brown bagged dinner at me. He stomped away into the store. I spoke to the General Manager about what occurred. The salesman who swore at me came walking by. I pointed him out to the manager and the manager called him over & asked about the incident. It was suggested the salesman apologize to me. The salesman looked at me and asked "What, did I hurt your xxxxin feelings?" The manager apologized for his behaviour& said he would handle it. I will not visit this store again. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly as a customer. More
