Can't get it right Every single time I have gone here they have screwed up and ended up making amends by reducing the bill. I would much rather have a decent experience, but they are incapable of providing one. I went in only because the key fob battery was going (after 18 months! Unbelievable!). I figured I would get an oil change. By the time the service guy had finished with his recommendations that really needed to be taken care of, the estimated cost was 20 times the cost of an oil change. Then the guy lied to me about when the courtesy van would be there. And when I came back, the cost was even higher because the quote didn't include tax. My husband complained that I had been railroaded into agreeing to a lot of service that could have been put off. The director said he understood, but I highly doubt anything is going to change. That dealership has been trying to squeeze extra money from us from the original bait and switch tactics used when we bought the vehicle. Do not go to this dealer to buy or service a vehicle. They are underhanded and dishonest. More
