I work as a pharmacist and I have to travel all across the Hudson Valley, from Kingston to Yonkers - so of course a leased car and high mileage work trips do not work well. I went back to Nissan Fuccillo and to meet with Tyler, who instantly remembered me and gave me every single option available to me. Ended up buying a 2018 Nissan Altima - which provides me with familiarity and the freeedom to travel to work without restriction. I will definitely be staying in the family for the foreseeable future, all in part because of Tyler’s service and commitment to myself and others. It wouldn’t shock me at all one day if he ended up being a manager, because I know he has the demeanor and skill to easily succeed. Thank you Fuccillo Nissan - glad I can stay in the family! More

The engine issue was diagnosed quickly as a very minor one, and was addressed immediately with absolutely no attempt to upsell anything at all. Guidance was provided regarding what work could be done vs that which had to be accomplished to pass inspection. I was totally satisfied with the honesty and professionalism of the shop, overall a far better experience that I have traditionally come to expect. I will absolutely continue to bring my vehicle here for work. More
