Underhanded I had stopped taking my Rogue to this place for service because their customer service is atrocious and I am still peeved that they did a bait-and-swi I had stopped taking my Rogue to this place for service because their customer service is atrocious and I am still peeved that they did a bait-and-switch con job when I bought the vehicle. But the fob started to work intermittently so I needed to go to the dealer. The vehicle needed an oil change, too. Unbelievably, they told me the fob batteries usually die within two years. I had a Honda for ten years and a Chevy for seven years and the fob batteries never died. The service guy told me I needed new tires and flushes of three lines and gave me a price around $1500. Since it had almost 40k miles, I wasn't too surprised, but the guy never said these were suggested, recommended, or could be done another time. He just assumed they were going to do all that work that day. I suffer from several mental conditions and must avoid any kind of confrontation. I agreed to the work. They offered me a ride home and said it would be ten minutes before the driver arrived. It turned out to be 30 minutes and when I complained they said they didn't know when the driver was going to come back. So, they lied to me. My husband was concerned about all the work being done. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the price was now $250 more because they hadn't included the tax. My husband spoke to the service manager and complained that they had taken advantage of me and never should have assumed the work was going to be done immediately by them. The manager knocked several hundred dollars off of the bill, which I appreciate. However, I would much rather have had a good experience and pay the full price rather than being treated like a gullible sucker. Frankly, if I had the option I would have gone to the Warren Tire around the corner from our house where I trust the service people. More

Great as always I had Justin as my service advisor. I have spoken with him in the past but this time he is the one that helped me with the issue I was having with my I had Justin as my service advisor. I have spoken with him in the past but this time he is the one that helped me with the issue I was having with my 2017 Rogue. He is incredibly attentive, explains everything in detail, has a great sense of humor, and is overall an excellent communicator. My car was there over the Christmas holiday and Justin made sure that I had a loaner vehicle to use while the warranty work was being done. The service technicians always do an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing any issues. More

Typical dealer experience Dealers use the excuse of having to do a diagnostic service even if you tell them exactly what is wrong..costs $100 and in most cases is unnecessary.. Dealers use the excuse of having to do a diagnostic service even if you tell them exactly what is wrong..costs $100 and in most cases is unnecessary.. the mechanics I usually use figure out what’s wrong and charge me only for the repairs..I had to go to Nissan because they had the special tool to do the work.. the mechanics I went to first figured out the problem and when they figured out that they couldn’t fix it they charged me nothing and told me exactly what was wrong and where to go to have it repaired More
