Great Salesman, Long Wait When I went in on Saturday to buy out my lease, I was told it would be cheaper to get a new lease. I agreed, knew what I wanted, and the process was s When I went in on Saturday to buy out my lease, I was told it would be cheaper to get a new lease. I agreed, knew what I wanted, and the process was supposedly moving along quickly. What happened next was over the next 6 hours, I was repeatedly told that we’re “10 minutes away from being done” by the time we left. It was 7pm, I was starving, had a headache, and was in poor spirits. I cannot believe that A.) it took so long to finish, considering when I first got my previous lease, I was in and out in 2 hours. B.) If there’s a problem that makes the process take longer, please communicate that to me. Being told were “10 minutes away” is frustrating. We missed our dinner reservations, because we never in our wildest dreams thought it would be a 6 hour process. Jorge was great though. Super salesman, friendly and apologetic. More
