I paid for service I didn't receive. I was excited to drop my car off to get it serviced. I had a good experience when I bought my 2017 Armada. So much that I went and bought the girls in I was excited to drop my car off to get it serviced. I had a good experience when I bought my 2017 Armada. So much that I went and bought the girls in the office $50.00 in chocolate. I decided to do the same thing this time but for the service department. I went to pick my car up, paid for my service and was told everything that was done to the vehicle. I signed some paperwork and gave the gentleman a large box of chocolates, again valueing $50.00. I understand the service industry and at times it is a very thankless job. I like to treat the guys who work for me well! I went out to my car and found that there was grease all over the steering wheel and the psi was not showing up on the screen. I went back in and asked about, they said you have to drive it a little bit before it shows up. I drove it home. The tire psi was off. Three were 37 and one was 35. I should not have to put air in my tires after leaving a dealership who just serviced them! Upon further inspection I found that the car wasn't even washed. That was unacceptable. I looked at the maintenance screen and nothing was reset. I specifically asked if they had done that and was told yes they did all of that. They did not. Strike four. I don't like being taken advantage like this. It's bad business. A lot of people warned me about this dealership and I didn't want to believe it. I always give businesses a benefit of the doubt. I give them a chance to prove the naysayers are wrong. Shame on me. Now, I'm wondering if they even changed my oil. Did my car even receive the service I paid for? How would I know? Trust is a very valuable to me. Unfortunately, I don't believe I can trust this dealership with my Armada in the future. More
