Jeff and his salesman Tyler let my son purchase a vehicle, as I was co-signer, & we needed car insurance also, we also made sure we purchased the GAP insurance. We left that dealership with a great c vehicle, as I was co-signer, & we needed car insurance also, we also made sure we purchased the GAP insurance. We left that dealership with a great car feeling confident my 19 yr old had the best warranty & was well insured. Now, that the car was totaled, my son is in $20,000 debt without a vehicle & his future plans are on hold. Long story short, Jeff & Tyler have the true gift of gab, as well as they took full advantage of my brain injury. Somehow my son was not on our car insurance! I've called both of them several times until they blocked my calls. I had gone to the dealership & spoke to Nicky, who actually showed us documents that are all edited & she wouldn't give me copies, of course Tyler never gave me the altered papers. This is just a small slice of this horrible sale. Which began when Jeff let us drive off the lot under someone else's social security number! I would strongly urge you to shop elsewhere. Car salesmen often get a "bad rap," but everything about Tyler defies that stereotype. He went above and beyond to make a lease deal work for me to get into the car I wanted within my budget. Tyler is kind, conscientious, and highly communicative—he contacted me exactly when he said he would to arrange delivery of the vehicle and made sure all of the insurance and DMV paperwork was handled well before I arrived back at the dealership to drive off in my new car! I went into the dealership with my parents to look for another Nissan as our family almost exclusively drives Nissan, and Tyler made everything so easy and unstressful–one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a new car. He treated us like we were his own family and spoke with such kindness and authenticity, it's impossible not to like him! When my lease term is over I will definitely be giving Tyler a call! More
