Service department is great I had some fluids changed under factory recommended maintenance schedule. The service advisors Nick and Jonathan. 'Charlie' the service technician wa I had some fluids changed under factory recommended maintenance schedule. The service advisors Nick and Jonathan. 'Charlie' the service technician was also very informative and explained what recommended factory maintenance I would need in the future, and why it is important. They were not pushy, and did not try to sell unnecessary service. I will ask for an appointment with Charlie the next time I go. He deserves more than 5 stars! More

Excellent Service I went in with out an appointment early Saturday morning and they took me right away. I was so appreciated of it so I didnt have to make another trip I went in with out an appointment early Saturday morning and they took me right away. I was so appreciated of it so I didnt have to make another trip to the city. Everyone was so nice and helpful. An hour later car was fixed and on my way back home. Could not ask for better service. 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum Searched for a newer maxima to replace my old one. First visit was in December. They wouldn't budge on the price. Watched the car i wanted online until February 1. Price dropped $100 lower than I offered to pay in December so I went back. Got a very low offer for my trade but negotiated a little better number with George. Overall happy with the purchase. Staff was friendly and George was helpful. Would recommend More

I’ve had an experience that I would not want any family or friends have at Nissan. I call Volkswagen dealership and asked Floyd to send someone who’s experienced & I was greeted with two new men 3rd day on the job) and no experience. I wanted the vehicle and couldn’t have it brought over to Volkswagen because it was less than 60 days of being on the lot. So the topping on this, I Bought a vehicle & left the dealership without my insurance ID Cards, knowing they were faxed down and the person showing the two new men how to close the deal with signatures and such never gave me my insurance cards. I wouldn’t want anyone treated this way. If it were my business, I’d be ashamed to have people like this working for me. More
