Great Service Experience! I stopped by your service dept a while back to get the batteries replaced on my key fobs and was directed to Philip Gagliardi, who was extremely pleas I stopped by your service dept a while back to get the batteries replaced on my key fobs and was directed to Philip Gagliardi, who was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional while immediately replacing the batteries. He invited me to return if any other service needs came up in the future. Because of that initial encounter, I scheduled an appointment when my check engine light came on recently and again, encountered Philip and his excellent customer service. He listened to what I had to say about the problem history and took those facts into account in bring the problem to a resolution within an hours time. I was fully expecting to need a new part with a much higher repair cost, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that they performed a software update, which solved the problem. Plus, they returned my car to me sparkly clean! I hope my future service experiences at Fuccillo Nissan are equally satisfying. I do have to reiterate that had I not stopped in by chance and encountered Philip Gagliardi's excellent customer service, I would have went back to the original dealer where I bought the car and always brought it to for all my service needs, when this recent issue happened. Thank you! More
