Lack of Respect This is the second time I’ve purchased from this dealership...the first time I found that my time waiting for ‘paperwork ‘ was not respected. I came t This is the second time I’ve purchased from this dealership...the first time I found that my time waiting for ‘paperwork ‘ was not respected. I came to dealership at time they requested and had to wait over 2 hours for ‘paperwork ‘. This time I was called at 11am and asked what time could come in to pick up my car. It was a cat and mouse game for the rest of the day...8 hours to be exact....complete waste of my valuable time because the ‘paperwork’ wasn’t complete. Very unprofessional on Fucillo’s part. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless a person doesn’t value their time. More

Outstanding Noticed my under engine cover was loose. Stopped at Nissan Latham to see if they could fit me in with no appt to fix. Spoke to Phil and be informed Noticed my under engine cover was loose. Stopped at Nissan Latham to see if they could fit me in with no appt to fix. Spoke to Phil and be informed me he would take care of with no charge as long as no damaged parts. Directed me to waiting room which was very comfortable and had great snacks. Once once Phil even had my car washed! Outstanding service and makes me proud to be a Nissan customer! Will definitely be back for all maintenace issues, give Phil a raise too! Thanks More
