Long wait I went in for an oil change and ended up waiting 3 hours because a screw driver was found in my tire so I had to end up paying for two brand new tires I went in for an oil change and ended up waiting 3 hours because a screw driver was found in my tire so I had to end up paying for two brand new tires. It was a long and exhausting experience. I also, had a coupon to use toward the services I recieved and the coupon was never used towards my final price. I didn’t realize this until after I had left, I was just so relieved to finally be able to leave. More

Poor customer service I was overcharged for an oil change & denied a coupon then advised when I picked up my car, they found one but still charged a $100.00 for an oil chan I was overcharged for an oil change & denied a coupon then advised when I picked up my car, they found one but still charged a $100.00 for an oil change, a back wiper blade I supposedly needed & an inspection. I was advised I needed a brake fluid flush which cost $129.00 which I declined & also was advised I need a tire rotation every oil change which is ridiculous. This was my first experience with Fucillo & my last. I’m trying to get out of my lease earlier than two months b4 my lease is up,& will never do business with this company again. I’ve complained numerous times starting with the first month I lease the Nissan,the steering wheel squeaks & I was advised yesterday it’s all oiled, blah blah blah & guess what,still squeaking. If Fucillo would concentrate more on the flaws with his vehicles instead of concentrating on how to make money off of us, his reputation would be more respected. Your company also told me I needed $3000.00 down payment bcuz of my credit. I argued my credit score was in the 800 & also I only have 14,000.00 miles & it’s two years old. More
