A breath of fresh air for car buying !!! Car buying is got to be the least favorite thing for me to do. The staff at Fuccillo Nissan were polite. I called ahead to set up an appointment !!! Car buying is got to be the least favorite thing for me to do. The staff at Fuccillo Nissan were polite. I called ahead to set up an appointment and I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I went to the desk and said who I was and they said someone would be with you momentarily. About five minutes later and employee came and introduced himself and asked if I only wanted to see the car I inquired about or if it would be OK to show some others that fit that same description. I agreed to see others but I thought I was set on the one I wanted. 10 minutes later there was three cars out ready for me to look at. The first car we test drove the person went with us and was telling us all the features and not really pushing us one way or the other but letting us kind of find out what we want in a new car. So we go back and we test drive the out one more of the three. Not quite sure now which one we I asked if we can get numbers on both of them and they agreed to negotiate prices for both of them. The next day we talked over the phone for a little bit and I decided on the Honda not the car I came in for but the car we fell in love with thanks for showing us something we didn’t know we wanted. He then told me he would go in even though it was his day off to get things all squared away so that I could pick up the car that day. As to my schedule that day would work better than the next seven. Tyler and Chris are awesome and really love their job or at least love to keep their customers happy. That no pressure atmosphere is awesome. Thanks you for a great car buying experience. More

Very fair My transmission failed after 7 years and wasn’t covered since I didn’t have an extended warranty. The car only had 34k, so I was surprised and upset t My transmission failed after 7 years and wasn’t covered since I didn’t have an extended warranty. The car only had 34k, so I was surprised and upset that something like this could happen. I didn’t think it was fair that I’d have to pay for a brand new transmission that should have lasted a long time... but Fuccillo Nissan agreed and was fair about the decision. They agreed to pay 80% and I pay 20% which to me was more than fair. Fuccillo has always been a big name and I definetly feel that they are really for the people they cater to. More
