Nick and Tate were extremely patient as I contemplated vehicle color and options, and even whether or not I was going to test drive additional vehicles, either at their dealership or elsewhere. I was the last one out of the dealership, with the shop crew staying late to detail my new vehicle and wait for me to move numerous items from my old car to the new. More

I was not told the truth . I called and asked if my brakes and rotors were covered under warranty and I was told they were.so I made an appointment to get it fixed.i left work e I called and asked if my brakes and rotors were covered under warranty and I was told they were.so I made an appointment to get it fixed.i left work early to meet my wife who also left early to get the car.i get there and they put it on the lift and told me that my brakes and rotors need to be done it's going to cost you 900 bucks.i told nick no way I'm not paying that.i was told they were under warranty.he said they were not.i was not happy wasting my time lying to me just to get me in there and also missing work.nick then proceeded to tell me it would cost me 70 bucks for them to look at it.i refused to pay it.very disappointed probably will not be going back there for my next vehicle.CROOKS.I CAN PUT BRAKES ON MYSELF FOR 200 PS IT WAS NOT NICK MUCHAS FAULT. More

The reception lady was very helpful and discussed my need with service manager and put me in anyway. She thinks the way I think and she made every effort to help me. She also showed me how to set mileage for next oil change warning light. I liked to thank her. The service was excellent. while I was waiting, I met Justin. We had a nice conversation about latest changes. Definitely recommend you to my friends. More

I immediately drove to Fuccillo Nissan and was greeted by your very kind, courteous and caring customer service representative, Samantha. She went above and beyond to assure me that the problem would be taken care of even though it was close to 5:30 PM when I arrived. Samantha escorted me to the customer lounge and told me she would let me know what was going on. Samantha let me know that there was a nail in my tire and the technician repaired the tire very quickly. Samantha is wonderful to deal with and she gave me some tips on tire care for the future. You are very fortunate to have a person such as Samantha to give comforting assurance to customers. More
