Efficient I brought my new Altima in because the battery didn't work. They did the testing and replaced the battery with no issues. Poor customer service Took about a week to get service appointment, had to fight for a loaner vehicle. When arrived no loaner ready, then given a small vehicle when I drive a mini van. I was told to live with it. They had my vehicle for two weeks. Only updates I received was when I called. I received attitude every time I called service for updates and asked for proper service. Getting someone in service on the phone is almost impossible. If have the option of buying your vehicle elsewhere and having it service elsewhere, I would. They cut corners at the customer’s expense whenever they can. Then basically say “oh well”. Best car buying and service I have ever had. More

Fantastic I ran into into an issue on my way to work that needed to be fixed ASAP. I was a walk-in, no appointment. They said they would be happy to take care o I ran into into an issue on my way to work that needed to be fixed ASAP. I was a walk-in, no appointment. They said they would be happy to take care of it no problem despite me never being there before. They did the diagnosis, had all the parts on-site and had it fixed in less than 4 hours. They helped show me where the problem originated and we're extremely friendly and helpful for all stages. More

Quick and convenient Nicholas was great. A huge plus that he is also a Bills fan. Stopped in for standard, ten-thousand mile service which also included a sensor update. E Nicholas was great.
