I went there to have my sunroof looked at because Because it was stuck open. You're reception came back to me an hour and a 1/2 later telling me it was going to be $3560 to repair because my motor w Because it was stuck open. You're reception came back to me an hour and a 1/2 later telling me it was going to be $3560 to repair because my motor was not operable and that I needed some kind of track. I had done many hours of research before I took my car into guys I do know that a car without a sunroof to get a sunroof installed would be about $4000 yet you guys told me 3,650 to replace a motor??? I've never felt Irate that I felt like I was being taking advantage of telling me that the motors a $1000 when I know the motor for my Nissan altima was $400 for the sunroof. And the best part is when I left your establishment my sunroof was still working opening and closing so my motor was fine it was just a loose wire but your mechanic couldn't be Truthful and tell the truth trying to get $4000 out of me Which let me remind you again would be the cost of me having a sunroof installed into a crowd that didn't have an existing sunroof. You guys had terrible reviews I didn't wanna take you myCar to you in the 1st place because of the negative reviews but I was in a sticky situation because my place destination Nissan could not get me until Monday lesson learned. Thank you for crossing me a $150 when I watch the technician with my car for all of 5 minutes but yet I was charged for an hour and a 1/2 I watched him with my own eyes he was at my car for 5 minutes but yet you guys charge me for an hour and a 1/2 you guys should be ashamed of yourself Especially knowing that I let everybody know that I was on R and and that's why my cardi to be fixing mediately yes I appreciate you guys taking me in on short notice but I don't appreciate almost being scammed. Had I not spent 12 hours on the Internet reading up watching videos you would have gotten me for $4000 but good news for me I'm too smart for you. More
Not happy I was lied to even confirmed by other Nissan dealer, I was charged more than I was told I would be just to diagnose the car, I had all recommended service completed elsewhere which still has not dealer, I was charged more than I was told I would be just to diagnose the car, I had all recommended service completed elsewhere which still has not solved the hesitation problem when trying to accelerate from a complete stop in my 2017 nissan altima. Currently have a case open with nissan with no promise they will actually fix the problem. The staff seemed very nice however the men in the service department literally told me I could not take my car. I feel as if they tried to scare me into spending thousands of dollars here or into buying a new car because I am a female who came to the dealer alone. I recommend take your car to destination Nissan instead very pleased with the service received in their location, although very unhappy my pretty new car that I bought brand new is having a transmission problem....
