Bought a used 2017 Rogue and could not test drive it because of the pandemic. Had an issue with a noise in the front end. Sold me a 2017 Nissan Maxima, couldn’t look at it or anything, but it get it home big chip in windshield nice big scratch on bumper, called complaining to multiple people for them to tell me to bring it anything, but it get it home big chip in windshield nice big scratch on bumper, called complaining to multiple people for them to tell me to bring it in and they would take care of it, so I leave it there they have it for 5 days just to not do anything to it, not willing to help fix the issue at all, then find out a month later it was in accident in July the yr before! Very rude salesman trying to say I caused the scratches, meanwhile I just drove it home and started lookin over it, very bad customer service! More
