While looking for a new car I had looked at a number of different dealerships and brands. One thing was very common with most of the dealerships. They did not give me the impression they cared about the cu different dealerships and brands. One thing was very common with most of the dealerships. They did not give me the impression they cared about the customer as much as making a sale. I actually had one tell me that if I didn’t buy the car they were showing someone would. Then I stopped at Fuccillo Nissan and I was made to feel welcome. Everyone I talked to seemed to be happy to be there and happy to help me. It reminded me of the small mom and pop businesses that made you feel like family. What a pleasant change. Thank you to Nikki Glover and the whole staff. Had a good communication with Lina and management. Was sad I was dealing with them for a car that was sold previously night but they we not aware. I waited way to long the night I picked up car despite appointment made, as selling a new car that evening to someone else took priority over my already purchased car. My time is important and I had long drive home that night. Then the place was closing before they even checked me out and signed papers and the lights were turned off while I was still in there.
