I brought my car in for an issue that was experienced previously and covered under warranty. I was told this time that there is a $140 diagnosis fee. When picking up the car, I was told they ran and cleared the computer code. No other service necessary. Since they did not do any extensive diagnosis, I thought they would waive that fee. Appears to be a money grab. I have had multiple previous visits where a diagnosis fee was never charged. Very disappointed in this policy. More
