Spent 2h 30min. at the dealership for simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it will take less than an hour. Not acceptable. I asked to take a look at the fake exhaust tip on the driver side and tire rotation. I was told that it will take less than an hour. Not acceptable. I asked to take a look at the fake exhaust tip on the driver side because it’s lose and I afraid that I will lose it somewhere on the road but was informed that there is nothing wrong with it. I knew it was still broken but don’t want to waste another 2hrs. so I left. More
