The manager Anthony Bolton was rude, unprofessional, lied about his name, and title. He said he was the owner. Refused to allow me to speak to owner because he said he was in charge and not getting me a spar about his name, and title. He said he was the owner. I wrote three reviews specifically for the owner to reach out to me and no one has reached out. I was promised a spare key the the car I purchased and did not get one. The managers were rude and unprofessional. I told them they promised me my keys when they agreed to drop off my car this Monday and keys. When I called the dealer the managers declined that this was said to me and passed the phone from one manager to another. The last person I spoke to claimed to be the entire dealership owner and said his name was Angel Bolton. He was very rude and said “Ok you are not getting a spare and that’s it!”He was laughing and was just so rude to me when I was asking to speak to someone higher up. I eventually hung up on him. He also lied and told me his was Angel Bolton when in fact his name is Anthony Bolton as I looked it up. I wrote to the CEO which I found online David C. There were many things I questioned during my sale process since I have bought used new cars before. I bought my Jeep from the Nissan dealer right around the corner of my home last Dec. and they made a spare for me. They treated me like gold. I bought a Honda recently too for my son from Harrisburg Honda and they treated me great too. Yet I make the impossible trip to your location being that I just had a hysterectomy 14 days ago to help my 18 year old daughter have a good reliable car for work and school and I get treated like crap my spare key I was promised. I’ve been under a lot of stress after my recent ovarian cancer diagnosis and I have just been trying to take care of things one day at a time as I also recover. I saw this Toyota online and despite it being 1.5 hours away, I decided to go and asked my 83 year old father and 78 year old mom to come with me since I’m a single parent. We waited four hours for the paperwork process. I found it strange that I asked the sales person Alejandro to tell me what was the interest rate and they didn’t tell me until I was signing for the loan that’s when they told me. I would have decided to not have a co-signer with that 8 percent but I had no choice to change things around as I was in pain and discomfort from my surgery so I felt obligated to just sign. But while I waited I asked Alejandro for the back tires to be replaced as they were very poor and super low. The manager in which Alejandro went to three times kept saying no. I practically had to beg him. He had wanted me to return to the dealer in two months for replacement. In which that didn’t make sense but he finally agreed. Why would you try to sell a car for over $20,00 dollars with 2 poor rear tires and in my condition with having to do chemo soon, I wouldn’t have been able to return. After much begging Alejandro finally said that manager agreed and since the shop closed at 5 to do the tire exchange Alejandro agreed to bring me the car on Monday. At this point I want my spare key if your staff promised that then you should comply and not treat me like I didn’t put $7,000 down in cash. I have no more money and a bunch of medical bills to pay. It’s only fair that your dealer does the right thing to make right and write up Anthony Bolton for his full unprofessionalism and disrespect and lying about his name and being the dealers owner. Service representative was impressively courteous, helpful and pleasant. Looked up all information on my recall notice. Explained the procedure and how long it would take.
