I had an issue with my vehicle purchase that I spoke to them about it and I was supposed to get a return phone to hopefully resolve the issue and I did not. Most despicable sales manager I ever encountered in all my years of car-shopping... I'm on the verge of contacting Nissans and US Insurance Co.... his approach and suggestions are beyond ethics... he sugge my years of car-shopping... I'm on the verge of contacting Nissans and US Insurance Co.... his approach and suggestions are beyond ethics... he suggested by taking the warranty that I could submit a claim for a lost key... saying "...that's why you purchase the extended warranty!!!!" He wanted me to say I lost the key and use the warrant as a "CLAIM!" Contacting an attorney for potential suggestions on what can be done!! Your reputation is beyond reparable! More
