Alejandro was our salesman, he was informative on the vehicle, as for the dealership, the check engine light was on before I took it for a test drive, the problem was fixed, and after a week I was able t vehicle, as for the dealership, the check engine light was on before I took it for a test drive, the problem was fixed, and after a week I was able to pick up the vehicle, I do not know the dealership policy but, I had to stop at the first gas station for gas, the vehicle was on empty, overall I would buy another vehicle from carvision and Alejandro. It was charos, I was told to make appt. to look at car but we got there, sales lady/young girl Pearl said trunk was leaking, We looked at an another car but didn't care for it, so looked at to look at car but we got there, sales lady/young girl Pearl said trunk was leaking, We looked at an another car but didn't care for it, so looked at Malibu 2019-cracked front windshield! Before u put on lot, should be service, detailed and looked at & ready to go for customer! We left then! They called us to come back they would fix crack windshield, we get there, windshield still cracked but wanted a DEPOSIT & PAPERWORK SIGNED.....3rd trip We get there Hardly any gas in car, for 3 trips we did the least they could of done was fill the gas and also told after signing they only had 1 key, So now stuck paying $500 so we can have a set in case other set loss... Very Disappointed My other 2 teenagers R looking for cars BUT I will never come back here!!! Pearl Carter had to ask other staff about things, Very inexperience & no knowledge , not very trustworthy!
