I arrived to my appointment half an hour early, with my own financing in hand. I spent 5 hours at the dealership to trade in and purchase a vehicle. I asked for the whole process to be streamlined because I had an appointment to make afterwards, and no courtesy was given to my request. It wasn't even a busy day. 3 customers total in the dealership while I was there. It honestly felt like I was being made to wait just for the sake of waiting. I came in knowing what I wanted, what deal I was making, how much I was spending, and with financing paperwork in hand, yet the process was incredibly slow. I hope to never return to this dealership, because my hobbies do not include sitting in a dealership for hours on end for no apparent reason. More
