Happy Today This is my first leased veichle. My expectations & experience was rewarding at this East Greenbush dealership. Not ever being in the new or leased car This is my first leased veichle. My expectations & experience was rewarding at this East Greenbush dealership. Not ever being in the new or leased car deal, I had to do some research. I spent lots of time negotiating, looking & doing the old # game. .. after all it is all about numbers.... After finally realizing what I really wanted, needed & what I can afford, I went to my local dealership to share my wealth. It is important to me to keep my business local!! Here I met Rob. I reluctantly, once again shared my needs. He was honest, to the point, asked the right questions, worked with me & wanted to lease a car,,, lucky for me! I wanted my purchase to be like the advisement, Huge !! Lucky for him, he worked with me & now I am driving a beautiful New 2016 escape,,, loaded as Rob would say. Good luck to me! Hard working people,,, love it! Worked for me!!! More
services that were requested and supposed to be done in accordance with my paid monthly service package were never done. I checked my receipt to find that services were only given a visual ok and were "del accordance with my paid monthly service package were never done. I checked my receipt to find that services were only given a visual ok and were "deleted" from having the service actually performed. Fucillo has a monopoly on the NY area and it's clear they feel they can bully it's customers whenever they like. they are rude, lazy, and do things like this to get paid for jobs that are never performed. I will drive however farther away to not service my car with Fucillo anything! HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO! More
Brought 04 Escape in for an oil leak and a Bad wheel bearing. Brought the vehicle home a week later, not so sure why it took so long, and it still had the same exact problems it went in with. I know a l bearing. Brought the vehicle home a week later, not so sure why it took so long, and it still had the same exact problems it went in with. I know a little about cars and my wife dropped it off to them, so I decided to take a look myself. To my surprise they #1 fixed the wrong side of the car they replaced a perfectly good wheel bearing and left the bad one. The bearing was making a loud grinding noise so all they had to do is drive around the parking lot to hear and feel it. It obviously was never test driven after the repair. #2 When I looked at the oil pan half the bolts were missing and the other half were only partially tightened. It was like they started the job and never finished it. It wasn't until I took pictures of everything and emailed them in to management that they agreed to take another look at it. They resolved the bearing issue but the oil leak I brought it in for still leaks today. The staff was never rude or friendly but I question their integrity and skills or sure. they charged me a lot of money like ridiculous money and never even competently fixed the issues. I would say stay far far away form this service department. More
I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Though the original experiences had been positive, I don't feel their service after the sale is there. 2 of the cars were purchased 6 months apart. One of th original experiences had been positive, I don't feel their service after the sale is there. 2 of the cars were purchased 6 months apart. One of these vehicles ('09 Flex) was used with 20,000 miles. At the signing they only had 1 key for it, When I told them I wanted another key provided for free since I was paying so much for the car, they said no. I was about to walk away, when they "found the other key". In addition, this car has proven to be a complete piece of junk in the wheels department. By 38,000 miles I have already had to replace the battery, Calipers, Rotors, Bearings a rear spring (which hasn't really been fixed appearently). I just dumped $500 on this car on Tuesday, and on Thursday the other car i bought ('11 Fiesta) is now leaking water onto the passenger side floor when the AC is running. Now doing some research it appears to just be the AC drain is clogged. Simply blow some air up the drain usually fixes this. I told them I didn't want to be charged for such a simple thing especially since I just dropped so much the other day. They said they would have to charge me. I will have someone else do it. I don't even care if I have to pay that person either. Fuccillo's isn't getting any more money out of me. The only thing "HUGE" at this dealership is the Nickel and Diming More
INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST what an incompetent and INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST what an incompetent and dishonest dealership. They misdiagnosed my minor electrical problem and then overcharged me for INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST what an incompetent and dishonest dealership. They misdiagnosed my minor electrical problem and then overcharged me for work and it took them a week to do so. I think they kept the car to justify charging me more. I went to them because I thought they knew Fords and how to fix them. I will never use them again. They should be avoided. More
My dealings with this facility, although good initially prior to sale, wound up being a disaster and continue to be. After the sale, more than 3 weeks, I received a call from the dealership that I had to prior to sale, wound up being a disaster and continue to be. After the sale, more than 3 weeks, I received a call from the dealership that I had to return to sign more paperwork because the agent forgot to include them in the original packet at signing. Some of the paperwork was having to deal with waivers that were faxed to me, and filled in and signed without my review or consent. It was sneaky figuring that I didn't know what it concerned. This delayed the bank from processing my loan and enabling me to make my first payment on time. I was able to do this, but without receiving a loan number until the last minute. The car was delivered without floor mats. I had to ask for them and then waited over a month to receive. Every time I called, I got the run around. Then they were never ordered and I had to wait longer. Then I received documents from the my states DMV regarding the satisfaction of the lien and the title for my vehicle. This information was never followed up on and the lien was never signed off from the previous lender. I called today and spoke with a person that doesn't know how to listen, asked me my name several times, didn't know that I was a customer, didn't know anything about the problem, and didn't seem all that interested in assisting me. Overall, I have to say that this whole transaction was completely mishandled and after spending more than $19K on a used vehicle, of my very hard earned monsy, I should have been treated far better than this. I would never recommend this location, and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I would definitely go somewhere else. More
They really love to sell cars there. I really wasn't going to buy something that day but I was pretty impressed. They made it very easy and I actually got a good deal. When I got home I looked up the going to buy something that day but I was pretty impressed. They made it very easy and I actually got a good deal. When I got home I looked up the Kelly Blue Book of the F-150 that I bought and it was $4000 higher than what I paid. I guess it really was HUGE. Haha, I had to say it! More
I had a very wonderful experience at Fuccillo's. I would definitely recommend them. They were very helpful with helping me to find a vehicle and I am very happy with it. The commercials are annoying b definitely recommend them. They were very helpful with helping me to find a vehicle and I am very happy with it.
