Have a 2019 Ford Edge that the rear windshield wiper fluid sipped working and had the smell of ammonia ( wiper fluid ). They originally looked at it while getting a fluid flush tire rotation service . They had it a whole day for that . Then a whole day to diagnose the issue. I was told they had to strip it down to the metal to track and diagnose the issue. I didn’t get any updates that weren’t generated by myself and had to check it multiple times to see the status. I need to pick it up at the end of the day with just a diagnosis that they would need it for at least one probably two days again take it apart all the way down to the metal to replace a part that’s $27.99 . And that it would be a minimum of eight hours of shot time at about $150 per hour. They didn’t charge me for the second visit with a have my car the whole day. I was told again they would need the car for at least two days to get the part in and be do all the work and take it apart and put it back together again. I was also told they didn’t have a loaner for me so I’d have to get my own ride. So a day and a half to diagnose the issue and the potential loss of the car for two more days plus at least $1000 bill to fix the rear windshield wiper line ( presumptively). How many stars do you think this is worth ? I thought 2 stars was more than generous primarily because they didn’t charge me for the full day of having my car the second time. I took the car somewhere else for this issue. Also my wife noticed the oil stains inside my car from taking the car apart . More
I have been going to Fucillo for my 2 Ford vehicles throughout the years. On December 26th I purchased a used 1987Ford campervan and proceeded to have her inspected. To my amaze, all she needed was 2 rear tires and the thermostat replaced. Kevin is the service person that I had the pleaseure to chat with and go over my concerns. Do to the holidays and the fact that the vehicle is old, the part took alittle longer to arrive, and that's ok! Kevin kept me informed every step of the way!
