The best service department My 3 year old F250 with less than 10k miles had transmission problem but my local Ford dealership in the Berkshires refused to fix it under powertrain My 3 year old F250 with less than 10k miles had transmission problem but my local Ford dealership in the Berkshires refused to fix it under powertrain warranty. So I towed it to Fuccillo Ford and the service manager Tim Wheelock kept me informed over the email the entire time during the repair progress. It was done much hassle. More
3 other f words fuccillo , Ford and focus I bought a 2012 Ford focus at fuccillo in August of last year . Less than 2 weeks after making my first payment , it started acting up and the check t I bought a 2012 Ford focus at fuccillo in August of last year . Less than 2 weeks after making my first payment , it started acting up and the check transmission code came up . I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at and after being assured that it wouldn't have a catastrophic failure , I took a ride to my local Stewart's and was stranded , as it would not start. . My local mechanic came and picked it up and looked at it as a courtesy . Told me that he just had another customer with the same problem and that all 2012- 15 focus and fiestas with the cvt shift tronic transmissions are lemons . While Ford will not outright recall them there is a " customer satisfaction program " as the transmission is a closed system only Ford mechanics can work on it so I had it towed to the dealership for the scheduled appointment . The dealership initially refused to reimburse me for the tow job .as did Ford motor car . After much wrangling with both Ford and the dealership I was reimbursed only after Ford decided to pay for it . I then spent 4 days car less . After the transmission control module and the clutch where replaced I went to pick it up from their shoddy service department . I made it to the gas station less than a quarter mile away and it wouldn't move . After walking back to the dealership , as no one was answering the phone , they sent out a mechanic . Apparently they forgot to reattach the linkage pin . I was also informed at that time that I could expect to replace the clutch every 20000 miles . That's like every 5th oil change . . I drive alot for work . I need a dependable car so I spoke to my meally mouthed salesman MacPherson and the manager , Scott . Instead of trying to make things right they used it as an opportunity to try to upsell me , at a loss into a more expensive vehicle and made no effort to negotiate anything that would have left me whole in the transaction . About a week later the car started acting up again . I scheduled another appointment . The car was in the shop another 4 days due to the fact that the service department didn't properly attach the vacuum lines . At this point I was just totally disgusted . I also resigned myself to the fact that fuccillo was not going to do anything to make things right . I would have to deal with Ford after my car shredded the requisite 3 clutches and wait for them to buy it back . Then out of the blue 9 months later I get a call from my salesman MacPherson , who was trying to solicit positive reviews of both himself and the service department . He also insinuated that Scott was willing to make things right so I went to look at a 2016 corrolla . After talking numbers he informed me that although I owed $6200 on my car they would only give me $2500 for my car , leaving me out of the $2000 I put down , the last 9 months of payments as well as an additional $3700 . Which he kindly added to the price of the other vehicle I was looking at .. needless to say I walked out . I have had better luck buying junk cars on the side of the road than I did shopping at fuccillo . My advice ..buy road side junk before spending good money on a lemon from fuccillo . . And just for good measure the grey 2016 corrolla I looked at has black residue in the tail pipe . That means it burns oil . Don't buy it . More

Reached out to him the next day to talk more about that and to tell him I was interested but he has not responded to my emails or returned any phone calls. After calling 5 times another salesperson called me back to tell me that Rob was "busy" and I asked him if Rob would be in the next day and to have him call me. Still haven't heard back. If this is how they treat their customers I would not recommend this dealership. More

Our positive interactions began through emails and phone conversations with the folks in the sales department. We were able to place a deposit down over the phone and negotiated a price we were comfortable paying for the car. We traveled over 3 hours from out of state the next day and were greeted immediately by Jim Mottler, the same salesperson we interacted with over the phone. Jim had the car out front for us to test drive and all of the paperwork in order. Jim has a wonderful demeanor and comes across as very genuine. He was not pushy like other car salespersons we have dealt with in the past. After our purchase, the dealership had an employee drive over 3 hours to the DMV near our house to register the vehicle. After talking to friends who had purchased cars out of state, it is unusual for an out-of-state dealership to take care of the vehicle registration. We appreciated this service and would recommend this dealership to others. More
