This is the worst i have ever seen for service, the worst! My car has been at this dealer since 1/22/2020. New motor, totally covered under warranty, and was told several different dates as to when it worst! My car has been at this dealer since 1/22/2020. I still do not have my car, nor have i gotten ANY calls from Fucillo about it. Nothing! It used to be my preferred delaership - not any more! More

Had a excellent experience buying my new car. They were very attentive and professional. I would refer someone to buy a car. Just purchased a vehicle 11/25/19 from Fuccillo Ford of East Greenbush. Like most people I was dreading it would be like the whole car sales experiences I’ve had in the past being re-enacted once again. Be East Greenbush. Like most people I was dreading it would be like the whole car sales experiences I’ve had in the past being re-enacted once again. Being looked at as a quota for the month or year and not as a person. But my experience wasn’t anything like that this time because of a salesman named Matt Leon. He was not your typical high pressure meet a quota type of salesman. He took time to know you on a more personal level. Matt was knowledgeable and professional throughput the process. Matt even gave me his personal cell phone # in case I had any questions or needed anything which I used a couple of times. The car sales profession could use a lot more people like Matt. All in all it was the best car buying experience I’ve had. I’d recommend Fuccillo Ford of East Greenbush to anyone. And I’d point them to Matt. And to his boss John DellaPenna I’d say hire more people like Matthew Leon. Love my new 2019 Raptor!!! Thanks Matt! Al Madonna More
Brought my car in for a recall. I had already looked over the recall paperwork and procedure thankfully. They insisted I needed to buy a purge valve wile I kept insisting that was a major part of my recall. the recall paperwork and procedure thankfully. They insisted I needed to buy a purge valve wile I kept insisting that was a major part of my recall. They denied it over and over wile refusing to read the recall procedure. I kept being told “my tech says” it’s not part of the recall. After 2 days of this I spoke to the service manager for the second time and he agreed to look into it. An hour later I got a call apologizing and that the pet does in fact fall under recall. 3 days later my check engine light came back on and when I called to tell them the service advisor insisted that I still need to buy more parts that are unrelated to the recall. I pulled the code when I got home and low and behold it was a new code. Upon inspection I found that a vacuum line that was disconnected to install the recalled part was not hooked back up. I do not recommend this service department because of attitude from the service advisor as well as the improper procedure and reading from the tech. More
