Another great service experience! The service team took my truck in, listened well to what I needed done. They called as soon as they knew there were parts needed they didn't have and The service team took my truck in, listened well to what I needed done. NOT FOLLOWING ANY GUIDELINES DURING COVID-19 I scheduled a recall service ONLY AFTER talking with service manager who explained the Safety COVID-19 procedures. Upon drop off,NONE of the precauti I scheduled a recall service ONLY AFTER talking with service manager who explained the Safety COVID-19 procedures. Upon drop off,NONE of the precautions were provided. NO SAFE distance and NO CLEANING of the car. I had to stop the service person as he came towards me to have me sign paperwork, asking him to place it at a safe distance and w I then inquired about cleaning of the car due to his lack of safety, he proceeded to tell me that they do not clean the car OR have any supplies, also seemingly unaware of any procedures! When I read the email presented to me by the service manager, "They will do a standard sanitation of your vehicle before and after ..standard means they will wipe down your vehicle,dashboard, steering wheel, seats,door handles, etc..." he said , "we don't do that here." I called the service Manager back, Jessy, and she apologized, stating Fuccillo's procedure should be followed but could not even reach the service manager at this location . I also reached out and spoke to the East Greenbush dealership manager who said that he would get back to me and did not. WILL NEVER return or recommend. More
