It’s taking a long time to fix the vehicle, the communication is poor and the shop is hard to get a hold of because there’s not enough people to answer the phones. I dropped the car off the day before a Friday snowstorm but nobody called a bother to tell me no mechanics came in because of the snowstorm and I was supposed to be to work on Monday. So on Monday they couldn’t finish it, but nobody called me to tell me that, I just had to assume. I was on hold from before 6 PM Monday to after 6:30 and somebody picked up the phone and then hung it up and wouldn’t answer it when I called back because obviously it was after hours. So I finally got through today Tuesday morning and I got a short answer and that the technician is still working on taking apart the seat and hopefully it will be ready today so I can go to work on Wednesday. I have to say I’m mostly upset about the lack of communication. I fix medical equipment for a living and if I don’t tell my customers what’s going on they get pretty upset, sort of like I’m feeling right now. I expected the car to be back last Friday and no one has called me yet, the only communication as when I somehow got through on my own. I know you are transitioning from Fuccillo to a new dealer ship, I hope things settle down because you are very close and convenient for me and I want to stay with you rather than have to take my car to Schenectady where there is a Lincoln dealer. More
Dealership had vehicle for 2 days was skeptical of diagnosis looked under truck with another mechanic and had a bad u joint which fucillo ford diagnosed as bad rear shocks and normal vibrations for ve diagnosis looked under truck with another mechanic and had a bad u joint which fucillo ford diagnosed as bad rear shocks and normal vibrations for vehicle. It's a 2022 f250 with 3k miles took to another ford dealer as they wanted the truck for another 2 days to "diagnose" again as my video was evidence. Other dealer had new parts ordered and installed in less than a week would not reccomend fucillo as they dont really care and practically refused to accommodate and make their mistake right. More
This device encounter went well with no issues. However, I wish you had asked at the time if the sale. This was actually the worst car purchase encounter I have ever had. Horrible job. Typical dealership BS. Went in for problem A , they finally find what’s wrong with problem A, a quick wash fix. But they say oh hey by the way, you need an alignment and 4 new tires 40,000 mil A , they finally find what’s wrong with problem A, a quick wash fix. But they say oh hey by the way, you need an alignment and 4 new tires 40,000 miles in north under warranty. Nice 1100 dollars later. Next time just alignment the tires and let person ride out rest of tread. Ridiculous, never taking my truck there again More
I have had my truck serviced several times at Fuccillo in East Greenbush. The Service Manager Manny is outstanding as are the technicians working on your vehicle.
