Engine failure (head gasket) on a 2019 Edge, Dec 25th. Engine overheated. Ford decided to rebuild the engine rather than replace under warranty. Repairs were finally completed March 20th.....yes 3 mont Engine overheated. Ford decided to rebuild the engine rather than replace under warranty. Repairs were finally completed March 20th.....yes 3 months!!! 3 months in a rental I had to pay for out of pocket....$4500!!! Due to Covid19 I have only driven the Edge a few hundred miles since getting it back. The car now shakes when idling and has intermittent power. I smell coolant when driving and just learned today the a/c was never recharged. 85 degrees out and I have hot air blowing in my face! Throughout the 3 months they had the car they did not make 1 phone call to provide me with an update. I had to call numerous times for status only to have smoke blown up my rear each time I called. Every time they said they would call, they didn’t. Good Luck! More

No stars. Hung up on 4 times when calling, heard background voices dropping the f bomb. I was promised a call back from sales rep Rob and mgr Bret, no call. No call from service mgr Adam. This dealership sold me a lemon and wont make it right. So much for being HUGE huh? They make huge money. I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM!!! More
