A CUT ABOVE THE REST! Rob Lewis was our salesperson back in 2017 and we returned back to him this year 2020. We spoke to other FORD Dealership but kept returning back to Ro Rob Lewis was our salesperson back in 2017 and we returned back to him this year 2020. We spoke to other FORD Dealership but kept returning back to Rob. We purchased two cars this time because Rob is a GREAT GUY and the pricing could not be beaten! He went above and beyond to find my husband a truck. He did whatever it took. He gets nothing but a 5-STAR rating from us! We have built a great relationship with Rob because he really LISTENS and addressed our CONCERNS. We are HARD customers that want and ask for a lot. My husband can easily get frustrated with pushy and unpleasant salespeople but Rob always was there and took care of us. He was professional, kind, patient, honest, and made the process seamless. Oh yes, I don't want to leave out Mike and Ko. Mike was very professional, efficient, and pleasant too. Thank you, Mike! Ko was very helpful, polite, and had wonderful manners! HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE I purchased 2 vehicles from Fuccillo of East Greenbush , the reason was they had the BEST SALES MANAGER I EVER DEALT WITH , last week I contacted Joey I purchased 2 vehicles from Fuccillo of East Greenbush , the reason was they had the BEST SALES MANAGER I EVER DEALT WITH , last week I contacted Joey Barrone in my estimation ,and I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, the ABSOLUTE BEST SALES MANAGER I EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH . About 3 days latter he answered my text and told me Fuccillo apparently had a new VP and he fired Joey . Now there is a stupid xxx , Billy should fire him and bring Joey Back , if he would even come back. What the xxxx was Billy thinking when he hired this new idiot VP. In the text that I sent Joey I told him I was ready to purchase 3 new vehicles . Now I will go to another dealership for my cars and encourage anyone I know not to go to Fuccillo Ford in East Greenbush . How really stupid can you be Joey had that new building humming like a fine tuned machine . Now I would not even go to one of their vending machines for a pack of Gum. More
