My experience was not good. I waited for 4 hour in the parking lot for them to tell me the machine they needed wasn't working. Then said they would call me the next day to get me back in and nobody called parking lot for them to tell me the machine they needed wasn't working. I seldom would give a bad review, but want to share my experience. 1. I signed up for shuttle service to work. Completely understandable during the pandemic, but no one bothered to tell me until after experience. 1. I signed up for shuttle service to work. When I did get my car in to change tires, they called me at work to tell me they “found” a leak and needed something fixed that costed almost $700. I just had my car serviced, and I don’t believe (nor does usual repair place) that anything was wrong with it. The car’s brakes and rotors were in terrible condition as well as the interior of the car smelling completely disgusting.
