Very poor communication. Had to call multiple times to find out why it took 4 and a half days to fix my car instead of the day and a half they originally said. There’s also still a squeal from the steering column that was supposed to be fixed on a previous visit but was not. Maybe another visit would of been different but this one was unsatisfactory. I will not give poor ratings to individuals however. More

Worst service and attitude ive ever experienced at any dealer ! Never again will I purchase or have service done through this dealer again ! First off the guy wasn’t wearing his mask it was on his chin . dealer ! Never again will I purchase or have service done through this dealer again ! First off the guy wasn’t wearing his mask it was on his chin ... second I’ve had 2 wheel bearings done a hub break caliper all on driver front when I got it back the break line was collapsed on that side and my break caliper was still frozen ( wasn’t the caliper ) break line was collapsed in the beginning... also when I asked the service manager on the phone if it was possible it happen there he responded and told me they never touched that line ... lol I’m a tech u have to remove the break line to put a caliper on ... talked to me like i had no Idea .. service was guy was beyond rude .. also my father dropped me off to pick up my truck he was interested in a f350 platinum no one would even barley talk to him told him to Look around ! Seriously he buys a 80 k truck every 3 years think u would give him some Information on what u have available!? Overall between the sale to me and the service never again will I ever visit this dealer ... worst experience ever and I’ve bought a lot of trucks over the years ! More
