Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected by someone. The general manager of sales for Fuccillo in east greenbush was beyond rude. I had told them what I could/would like to pay for a car and th someone. The general manager of sales for Fuccillo in east greenbush was beyond rude. I had told them what I could/would like to pay for a car and then when the price was more and i said no it beed to be this or i will not but the car. Simple right. You would think. But the GROWN MAN had the xxxxx to tell me well if you cant afford it then i guess you shouldnt be buying it. Wow just wow i was in shock at how he spoke to me. Told my fiancé who was looking at a different car while we waited that he “for sure could not afford that car and to not waste his time” this “man” if that is what you want to call him alone makes me want to not even give this company my business if it was not for the sales person i was working with (Loren great guy) and the finances guy (Mike) who are trying to work number to make this purchase happen. I have never felt so belittled by someone who is supposed to be trying to sell you something. Absolutely disgusted by the managers behavior and the way he acted towards me. I will not be going back to this dealer in the future and nor will i ever recommend anyone go there. And call me petty or a “karen” but yes the manager George is the sole reason fo all of this. The disrespect from him was just unreal that even the sales person and finance person apologized for the way he acted towards me. More
Paid $760 ((including $169 diagnostic) to fix convertible top. It slowly worked once then stopped. Brought back to be fixed. Called more then once and did not get return call. Had the first appointment if the day at 7:30. I got there abs the doors were still locked. Someone came out unlocked doors. I walked in, explained I was there for 7:30 appt oil change and to check ac. I wait abs the doors were still locked. Someone came out unlocked doors. I walked in, explained I was there for 7:30 appt oil change and to check ac. I waited for there computers to load up and gave my info. I went to waiting room. No coffee, nothing. At 8:00 I looked out window and my car was still where I left it. It wasn’t even brought back by the technicians yet. I said something to the guy and he said he was going to pull it around it a min (he was working with another customer). My car was brought around and I was told the air filter was dirty. I don’t know how it was just 1 yr old. They were all done at 8:45 and I sat there for 15 min and waited for my car to be brought back up front it wasnt so at 9:00 I went back to desk and asked for my car and they said they would go get it. 1-1/2 hours for this!!!!!!! And this was for the first appointment of the day. Also when I asked why it was taking so long they said only 2 person was working (but I had first appt of day at 7:30 and my car was brought around to 8:00) More
Our appointment was at 11:00 and I understand a part needed to be ordered ( which no one ever communicated to us ) but we called 6xs during the day being disconnected and then getting a Voice mail that needed to be ordered ( which no one ever communicated to us ) but we called 6xs during the day being disconnected and then getting a Voice mail that that stated full , unable to leave a message . I finally got a person at 4:00 only to hear oh sorry unable to complete the job and we are short staffed . This was our 1st experience there and not a good one . I think communicating with your customers is imperative . Was anyone ever going to call us and let us know ?? We have an appt next week to have the part replaced and was estimated 1.5 hours tops . I do hope that is the case . Feel free to call me if needed . More
