I brought in two cars. One for repair and inspection and the other one just for inspection. The people at the service desk were helpful and pleasant. Unprofessional- Up front I told them I would consider diffrent options lease ect.... They Ran my credit and applied for a loan at a bank after I told them I just wanted to use Ford credit which I already diffrent options lease ect.... And 950 dollar a month payment on a 2020 explorer was the best they could do ?? Went to Depolo ford and in 45 mins was tier one approved with ford credit traded my fusion In and 1500 down got 2022 XLT explorer 13.5k miles a year for 500 bucks a month !!! More
This company has done a complete 180. Techs are awesome and will fix your car right, service manager is great. Parts department actually has parts in stock now. My vehicle was in the shop for warranty service for an extended period due to a difficult electrical problem to figure out. Also, parts have an extended lead time to arrive after ordering because of suppl extended period due to a difficult electrical problem to figure out. Also, parts have an extended lead time to arrive after ordering because of supply problems from covid. I fully understand these difficulties. All in all they could of done a better job with communication, but they did an awesome job, fixed all the problems and my vehicle is as good as new and I am very happy with the end result! More

TOld an issue was covered under a recall after leaving the truck all day it was not repaired. Scheduled another appointment and was then told it was not covered and the diagnostics would be about $700. the truck all day it was not repaired. You could figure out second round that a problem was not covered but not what the problem was? Had another repair and they ordered the wrong part and even though it had been there 5 days later it had not been started. When I asked to speak to the service manager he started the conversation Hey how's my girl! Never met him and even if I had that was disrespectful and sexist. Even though I had just been told it was not in for repair yet somehow that day and a half repair was done an hour later. These guys are liars. I will say when the repair FINALLY was done it was a good repair but the follow up/time vehicle was there and the communication was all bad. Plus I paid for it over the phone and asked for the receipt and keys to be left in the locked vehicle. Wasn't done so I had to go back and get them the next day. More
