Brought my car in for An oil change and tire rotation. Booked for 1 pm and got my car back at 230 pm only because i was watching to see if car was done so I went back to service as car was waiting . I felt overwhelmed by the intensity of the appt as I had booked an oi change and had been at Fuccillo 5,000 miles prior and have only 21,000 mi on my car and multiple things found wrong with my car . Ive been coming to Fuccillo since it was the Smaller intimate place . It just seemed so impersonal and a big sell now and it was an awkward visit .
