We purchased a used edge this winter at Adams and a few weeks ago it broke down roadside ,my wife called the 800 number and a wrecker came and took it to another ford dealer for warranty repair . It took a weeks ago it broke down roadside ,my wife called the 800 number and a wrecker came and took it to another ford dealer for warranty repair . It took a week for them to look at it and then said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get it in. We didn’t buy the car there so no loaner. Frustrated, my wife called the sales department at fuccillo ,which took our car ( towed from other dealer) had an answe for us in a couple days and even with a back ordered part we had it back before the other dealer could even schedule it. After return home my wife discovered -darts in the rear of car that other dealer took off and of course with a call she was told bring it in at your convenience and they took care of it ! My wife had to wait a little while while this was being performed and had at least two people check on her and apologized for the time it was taking. Needless to say , even though we have purchased other vehicles from their network, we will always come here first for our next vehicle. More
