I will definitely be back what I want another vehicle. I need to update my review. There are a few things that I'm not happy about. One is I didn't do this rating and add all of these people that I never dealt with. I had a appointment to pick up my new van and it wasn't ready. It was never detailed. They didn't even set my clock on my radio. There is sticky spots on my seat. They are going to detail my vehicle next week. But now I have to drop off my van and pick it up the next day. I'm at least 35 minutes from this dealer. Which means I have to use another vehicle to follow me over to drop it off and also pick it up. I feel my time is worth money also. After I finally left which took a long time to sign and pick up my van that was suppose to be ready for me when I got there. The gas tank wasn't full. The needle was leaving off full when I started my van up. I check the the mileage that was left before I had to fill up and it was 308 miles. My other van is over 400 miles until next fill up. By the time I got it home it was almost on 3/4 tank. Also the person doing the paper work printed out at least 3 items that he wanted me to sign and they were wrong. I refused to sign them because I paid attention and read through the paper work that was wrong. How many people just sign and don't realize that the amounts were wrong, the names were wrong, even passenger total was wrong. There are other issues but I'm not going to get into them. I'm sure all of my problems will be fixed but I shouldn't have had all of these problems in the first place. Next time I buy I will make sure the vehicle is ready for me to take. More
