Poor value of customer care Went in for an oil change on my truck. Erin was great called to see if they had any openings they did. Had my husband take the truck over due to me go Went in for an oil change on my truck. Erin was great called to see if they had any openings they did. Had my husband take the truck over due to me going to work. The appointment was set for 2:30pm the truck was not brought in until 3:30. My husband had places to be and needed to be out by 4. So finally after many times of being told that my truck needed to be in NICK finally took it in. I was very dissatisfied in the service NICK provided. But again Erin was great. Hope you guys can get someone in there who actually cares about their customers and does their jobs in a timely fashion not hours late. More

Vehicle inspection and oil change I have a handicap accessible van. In the past I have had my oil changed and my state inspection done at Fuccillo. I made my appointment no problem. I have a handicap accessible van. In the past I have had my oil changed and my state inspection done at Fuccillo. I made my appointment no problem. When I arrive I am told they can't perform either the inspection or the oil change because someone new has started working there and doesn't feel comfortable lifting my vehicle. While I appreciate him being careful, if they couldn't perform what I needed I wish they told me that when I made the appointment. It was just a waste of my time away from work. More

Bad information Took car to Chrysler dealership and was given bad advice again with them went in for oil change and inspection and they said in report back rotors had Took car to Chrysler dealership and was given bad advice again with them went in for oil change and inspection and they said in report back rotors had rust on them and back brakes were bad when I took it apart did have some rust but brakes were only 1/4 down I could tell they never took back tires off because they were rusted on had to hit them off nothing like trying to take advantage of people, ps took it over to Chevy dealer had it rechecked and got treated like a person real nice and pass inspection no problems More

Buying a new car I went there with my Crude which I bought in 2012. To get an oil change. I want to look around at the new cars, I wanted something with more room. I took a test drive in an Equinox and I loved it. Now I had lost my husband last year and told them I did not want any pressure. Which they were very good to me. My husband was a Ford guy and I was a Chevy girl. Everyone at Fuccillo was very great and I will continue to do my business there. I will always take my chevy there for maintenance, oil change ECT. I love my new car More
