Poor customer care!!!!! I called and made and an appt to have a recall fixed on my Colorado. I spoke to the service assistant and explained the issue I was having with the tr I called and made and an appt to have a recall fixed on my Colorado. I spoke to the service assistant and explained the issue I was having with the truck and reassured me that the issue was because of the part that that was being recalled!! The appt was made and was told it would take 15-20 mins to replace the piece! My husband took my truck there and they refused to change the part because the check engine light was not on and then tried to charge us a diagnostic fee. No where does this state this in the recall. I called and got a run around and I asked to speak to the manager! Apparent the manager was not available!!! I was told the manager would call me in the morning!! Surprise.. Surprise.... the manager NEVER called. I called again and asked for a manager.. NO RETURN CALL. I will not use the service dept again and I will not purchase another vehicle from Fuccillo!! I want someone to call me!! More

Air bag swap out Had a wonderful experience with Fuccillo. My nephew Kyree Lewis who works there came and picked up my car took it to work with him in Nelliston, Had a wonderful experience with Fuccillo. Fuccillo called me to set up the appointment for that Monday. Kyree the picked my car up again to be fixed. the garage workers swapped out the old air bag that was defective with the new one. My nephew brought my car to me when he got out of work. That was great I didn’t have to leave my home and the part was changed.
