not even truck was in the shop 3 times going on 4 th for the same thing manifold third time was because your mec over tightened flange had to take back they truck was in the shop 3 times going on 4 th for the same thing manifold third time was because your mec over tightened flange had to take back they tore the two sides to replace .what I want to know did they also screw up on the manifold also .the did replace left side before the warranty was out .1000 mile over warranty and the said they could do nothing for on the right side gone bad so I bought an after market manifold they put it on at your shop not even two weeks later dam that's .something dose not add up here . this was are 5 th vehicle from your nelliston store. very very upset know its going to cost me big money again .grant you jack took a 100 off the bill. ha! ha! not funny john przestrzelski More

Well worth the drive from the Capital Region Rich and the crew at Dodge/Jeep/Ram of Nelliston helped my dream of owning a 2019 Ram (newbody) come true. longer than expected usually in the past when I come in for an oil change and Inspection sticker I have been out of there in pretty good time. Yesterday I sat from 930- 1 usually in the past when I come in for an oil change and Inspection sticker I have been out of there in pretty good time. Yesterday I sat from 930- 1100 with no word on my car. A gentleman came out to see another lady who was waiting and told her her car was ready and he said to me if you want to come with me I am still writing your car up but its almost ready. So I followed him while he wrote the car up but in the past they have gone over the points , and they usually put a sticker one the window to tell you when your next oil change should be. Trivia stuff i suppose but showed me good service. The young gentleman was very courteous but seemed a little overwhelmed as I guess they were short-staff which happens everywhere. More
