Ridiculous service I brought my car in to have rear wheel bearings replaced and an oil changed. They scheduled me for a Saturday upon arrival I find out they only do oil I brought my car in to have rear wheel bearings replaced and an oil changed. They scheduled me for a Saturday upon arrival I find out they only do oil changes on Saturdays and I had to come back. So I schedule and bring my car back. They did the wheel bearings and I leave. That day I notice when I make sharp turns theres a rubbing sound. So I schedule to bring it back in. They look at it at first cant find anything drive again say they needed to adjust a brake plate. Driving home still happening when I make sharp turns. I call services department leave a message. No response. Next day my husband calls they say bring it back tomorrow or next day and someone will ride with me because they dont know what could be causing it. I will now have had my car in the garage 4 times in the past month. I only have one vechile at the moment and my husband had spinal surgery recent. I dont have the time or patience to be running back to the garage. This has been absolutely ridiculous. Very much considering going else where for now on. More
