Horrible Service. Could not make an appointment for oil change. Was told to come a certain time and then was told we had to wait an hour to even get the vehicle in. Left, came back before the hour, then got a call THREE HOURS LATER. Was told they could not do a test they were going to because our warranty did not cover what needed to be done even though they know what is wrong with it and ask if we still wanted the oil change. Well, no of course we do not want you to do our oil change now. We bought the vehicle coming up two years now and when it comes close to oil change time it was running funny and we were told THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG, and to continue the oil changes as needed. Which we have done. Then this time 5,000 miles or more even away from the next due oil change the vehicle starts stalling, randomly shuts off. So we check the oil and THERE IS NONE. So we add oil and call them to fix the problem. And then we ended up with absolute terrible service and we bought a car from this dealership with what I believe they already knew had issues with and sold it as is that way. I have a family that rides in this vehicle, three young children and I’m VERY unhappy with the service and the vehicle they sold to me. I have 6 family members that have bought from them, and our father have for years as well. None of us will be returning and that’s a promise. To any Fuccillos. We will go elsewhere with our service.
