Buying a newer vehicle There sales team is really good, Very accommodating and professional, Top notch, But their service advisor are not professional, After spending 27,0 There sales team is really good, Very accommodating and professional, Top notch, But their service advisor are not professional, After spending 27,000.00 on a truck they never washed or detailed the truck, I had to fight and argue to get repairs done, they would rather deal with my 17 year old son than contacting me, they lost the extra key then told my 17 yr old he has to spend 500.00 for a new one and be programmed, that's not gonna happened, I got into a discussion with a female service advisor, she wasn't hearing what she wanted to so she hung the phone up on me, Real professional ya right. I would say this person is a HUGE mistake for an employee dealing with customers... More
